HOW TO CLAIM

3. Your valid and settled gaming activity will be recorded automatically.
4. At the end of the applicable cashback calculation period, the system will calculate your qualifying Net Loss.
5. Eligible members will receive 15% Cashback based on their qualifying Net Loss.
6. Cashback approval is automatic, so no manual claim is normally required.
7. Once the cashback is credited, complete the applicable turnover requirement before withdrawal.

Eligible members will receive 15% Cashback based on their qualifying Net Loss during the applicable cashback calculation period.
The maximum cashback payable is BDT 5,000 per applicable cashback period.
Cashback is automatically calculated and credited to eligible members. No manual claim is normally required.
Only valid, settled and qualifying real-money game transactions will be included in the cashback calculation.
Cancelled, void, refunded, reversed, duplicated or invalid transactions will not qualify for cashback.
Members must complete the applicable turnover requirement before withdrawing funds associated with the cashback bonus.
Only eligible games and valid bets will contribute toward the applicable turnover requirement.
Members with no qualifying Net Loss during the applicable calculation period will not receive cashback.
Members must complete all applicable account and KYC verification requirements before withdrawal.
Multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, collusion, promotion abuse or manipulation may result in cancellation of cashback eligibility and promotional funds.
